DCTex asked us to provide a digital solution for furnishing industry for draping of fabric on home furnishing wherein the user can view the applied fabric before actually buying them for their dream home.
We provided a digital experience to the users by creating an iPad and Kiosk Application for drapping of fabric on home furnishing. This was not an easy job. In this application user can select few fabrics of their choice and save them. Thereafter just select any particular room and apply the selected fabric on furniture like body and seat of the sofa, Cushions, curtains and wallpaper. Even wall colour can be applied. Save the rooms after applying fabrics and colour to the wall. User can create few rooms and then make a comparision and selection of the best room.
A user interface design was initially created to give ultimate experience to a common user. Layout of this application was planned in such a manner that any user can use it easily without having technical knowledge.

We implemented our planned sketch and created the iPad and Koisk application that works very fast. Appearance and functionality of this application have made real time draping of fabric on home furnishing a quick and easy job for every comon user.
We created application for mobile kiosks used in furnishing showrooms. The user can browse collection, apply fabric of their choice on the furnishing of the selected room and view them on large screens.
This app will help to customer for select fabric for his/her home. They can instantly apply fabric in room preview (like: curtain, sofa, cushions, etc.) before buying.
