Apps that are part of your business-not a separate one
Native and Flutter apps for selling, for trade ordering, for the rider on
the road and for the warehouse floor — reading the same catalogue, the same stock and the same customer
record as everything else you run. Fourteen apps published on Google Play.
From the first workshop to the app store listing and the years after it. One team for
the design, the build, the integrations, the release and the support — so there is nobody to hand the
problem to.
Native iOS & Android
Swift and Kotlin builds for apps that lean hard on the device — camera, scanner,
location, background work — or that you intend to invest in for years.
Flutter cross-platform
Gated pricing, approval-based onboarding, bulk and matrix ordering,
customer-specific credit terms, live ledger.
Commerce app development
Shopper apps for B2C and D2C brands, trade ordering apps for wholesalers, and the
wallet payments, tracking and notifications that make them earn their keep.
Integration & API development
Connecting the app to the systems that already run the business — ERP, inventory,
accounting, logistics, payments — with the APIs and middleware in between.
Device & hardware apps
Software for rugged handheld barcode scanners and field devices — the part most
app studios have never touched, and where operational credibility is actually earned.
UI & UX design
Interface design built around how the app is actually used — one-handed on a bus,
in gloves in a warehouse, or in thirty seconds between customers.
Analytics & event tracking
Meta, Google Analytics and Google Ads events wired with real order values, so you
can judge the app on revenue rather than downloads.
Store release & compliance
App Store and Google Play submission, review handling, privacy declarations and
staged rollouts — published under your own developer accounts, not ours.
Support, maintenance & rebuilds
OS updates, SDK and dependency upgrades, integration fixes when a third party
changes their API — and taking on apps someone else built and left behind.
Most analytics stop at the order. Ours continue into dispatch, returns and stock — because we built those
systems too. Knowing which products sell is useful. Knowing which products sell, get returned and tie up
cash is the report that changes what you buy next.
Experience & expertise
Twenty-two years of building software that has to work
Most app studios have built consumer apps. Fewer have built trade ordering systems.
Almost none have written software for a rider on a bike or a barcode scanner on a warehouse floor. We have
shipped all four.

Where our experience is deepest
Commerce, at both ends of the market
Consumer and D2C shopper apps alongside trade ordering for wholesalers and
distributors — including a B2B wholesale app published for the United States market.
Quick commerce and last-mile delivery
Three rider apps published — fresh produce, supermarket and dairy — where the
delivery window is counted in minutes and the network is never reliable.
Warehouse and device software
Barcode scanning on rugged handhelds, running live in a cross-border operation:
receiving, bin-level put-away, directed picking and scan-verified dispatch.
Integration with the systems underneath
Uphance, Comp U Floor, Zoho Inventory, SAP, Tally, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Xero —
plus payment gateways and courier networks across several markets.

Engagement
Plenty of studios build a shopping app. Very few have ever written software for
a rider on a bike or a barcode scanner on a warehouse floor.
That is the difference between building an app and understanding an operation
eCommerce app · B2C & D2C
An app people finish buying in
Most app abandonment happens at two moments: the payment screen, and the notification
that went nowhere. Both are engineering problems, and both are fixable.
Apple Pay and Samsung
Pay so returning buyers pay with a thumbprint rather than a card number — with Razorpay for
India and n-genius for the UAE and wider Middle East, plus the gateways your other markets
expect.
App events wired to
Meta properly — installs, views, add-to-cart, purchase with real values — so your campaigns
optimise on outcomes instead of guessing, and remarketing audiences are built on people who
actually did something.
GA4 app events and
Google Ads conversion tracking, so install campaigns can be judged on revenue rather than
downloads, and you can see where in the funnel the app loses people.
A message about an
order opens that order. A back-in-stock alert opens that product. A campaign opens that
collection. Including for a customer who does not have the app installed yet — they install, and
land where they were going.
Why this matters commercially
An app that cannot report revenue per campaign is an app you cannot spend money on with any
confidence. Wiring Meta and Google events correctly is unglamorous work that most builds skip — and
it is the difference between an app that earns its marketing budget and one that quietly loses it.
As a Google Premier Partner, we can run those campaigns as
well as instrument them — so the person reading the numbers is the person who wired them.
B2B ordering app
Your trade customers, ordering themselves
A wholesale app is not a shopping app with different colours. Nothing should be visible until the account
is approved, and everything after that is specific to that customer.
Registration, KYC and approved access
Buyers apply in the app, submit the documents you require, and your team reviews and approves.
Credentials are issued automatically on approval — no catalogue, no pricing and no stock visible before
that point.
Their catalogue, at their prices
Once approved, each customer sees the products and the price list assigned to their customer group — so
wholesale pricing never leaks to the public or to the wrong tier of buyer.
Order on credit, without paying at checkout
Approved credit accounts place orders against their limit rather than a card. Limits, balances and terms
are enforced by the system, and visible to the buyer before they order.
Delivery status and notifications
Confirmation, dispatch with a tracking number, out for delivery and delivered — pushed automatically from
the order system, with the full order history and ledger available in the app whenever they want to check.
Rider app
Quick-order fulfilment, from
the shelf to the door
When you deliver yourself rather than hand to a courier, the rider’s phone
becomes the last mile of your order system. We have built and published three rider apps — for fresh
produce, for a supermarket and for a dairy — where delivery windows are counted in minutes, not
days.
01
Jobs assigned and batched
Orders allocated to the rider on shift, batched sensibly by area and drop
sequence, with the day’s run visible before they leave.
02
Navigation to the door
Address, map handoff and customer contact in one tap — because the time
lost on a quick-commerce delivery is almost always spent finding the address, not riding to it.
03
Google Analytics and Google Ads events
Delivery confirmed on the doorstep — OTP, signature or photo, according
to what the business requires — with failed attempts and reasons captured rather than argued
about later.
04
Cash on delivery, collected and reconciled
COD amounts recorded against each drop and reconciled at end of shift, so the
cash a rider hands in matches what the system expects.
05
Live status back to the customer
Out for delivery, nearby, delivered — pushed to the customer’s app
automatically as the rider moves through the run, so nobody rings to ask where the order is.
Warehouse app
Software for a scanner
in someone’s hand
Built for rugged handheld devices and used all day, in gloves, in a hurry. Big
targets, few taps, works when the Wi-Fi drops in the back of the racking.
Receive by scan
Inbound goods checked in against the purchase order or advice. Discrepancies raised at the dock, not at
month-end.
Bin-level put-away
Stock placed and tracked bin by bin, so allocation is instant and any style can be found without a
search.
Directed picking
Pick lists generated automatically and pushed live to the device. Pickers are guided in bin sequence, not
handed a printout.
Scan-verified dispatch
What was actually packed and shipped is captured at source, then pushed to the courier and the accounts.
This is live today in a cross-border operation — goods packed and dispatched by scanner at the supplier,
received by scan in the Australian warehouse, and picked from bin locations against orders placed in the
trade portal.
Native or Flutter
We build both — so we can
tell you which one you need
Most agencies recommend whichever they happen to staff. We build native iOS and Android and we build
Flutter, so the recommendation follows your economics rather than our bench.
Native (Swift / Kotlin)
Apps where the device is the product — heavy camera or scanner use, deep OS integration, demanding
performance, or a long-lived consumer app you will invest in for years.
Flutter
One team, one codebase, both platforms — ideal for trade ordering apps, internal tools and commerce apps
where time to market and cost of change matter more than squeezing the last frame of performance.
Warehouse / scanner builds
Chosen against the device fleet you already own or intend to buy — rugged Android terminals are the
common case.
Integrations & automations
The app is a window onto your systems
Every app we build connects to what already runs the business, so nothing is maintained twice.

Marketplaces & channels
Built to your requirement
Nothing above is a template. Where a process is specific to your business —
an approval chain, a pricing rule, a device workflow, a compliance step — we build it and automate
it. Twenty-two years of custom engineering, for clients from listed corporates to single-warehouse
distributors.
Portfolio
Apps we have published
Fourteen apps live on Google Play under the iSolution developer account — shopper apps, wholesale ordering, rider apps and trade tools. Not a showreel of concepts: apps real customers downloaded and real staff use every day.
Three rider apps, a wholesale ordering app for the United States, and a shopper app rated 4.7 on Google Play — all built by the same team, all reading from the same kind of system underneath.

On-time delivery
A phased plan with dated milestones agreed before work starts, a named delivery manager who owns the
date, and weekly progress against that plan — including the app store submission windows, which catch most
projects out.
Secure solution
PCI-DSS-compliant payment handling through certified gateways, secure token storage on device, hardened
APIs, role-based access, and monitored backups with tested restores.
NDA & confidentiality
Signed before discovery begins. Your catalogue, pricing and customer data stay confidential — and your
code, your store listings and your data remain yours, exportable at any time.
Questions
Frequently asked
Independent awards, media recognition and verified customer reviews.
It depends on how long you intend to invest in the app and how hard it works the device. Native
suits long-lived consumer apps and anything leaning on the camera, scanner or OS features; Flutter
suits trade ordering apps and internal tools where one codebase halves the cost of every future
change. We build both, so we will tell you which applies rather than which we would prefer to staff.
Yes, alongside the gateways your markets expect — Razorpay and UPI for India, n-genius for the UAE
and wider Middle East, and the relevant providers elsewhere. Wallet payment is the single easiest
way to reduce checkout abandonment for repeat buyers, because it removes the card-entry step
entirely.
Yes — that is what the Meta and Google event work is for. App events are wired with real order
values so campaigns optimise on revenue rather than installs, and you can see where in the funnel
the app is losing people. It is the part most builds skip and the part that decides whether the app
earns its marketing budget.
It means a notification or a link opens the exact screen it is about — that order, that product,
that collection — instead of dumping the customer on the home screen to find it themselves. It works
for people who do not have the app yet too: they install, and still land where they were going.
Notifications without it get tapped once and then ignored.
Yes, where their account is approved for it. The app enforces the limit and terms you have set,
shows the buyer their available credit and balance before they order, and posts the order through to
your accounting system without anyone re-keying it.
Yes — receiving, bin-level put-away, directed picking, packing and scan-verified dispatch, running
on rugged handheld terminals and used all day by warehouse staff. It is live now in a cross-border
operation between two countries. Very few app developers have written this kind of software, and it
is the clearest evidence that we understand operations rather than only interfaces.
Yes. One catalogue, one stock figure, one customer record — synced with the ERP or inventory system
that already owns them. An app with its own separate data is an app that will be wrong within a
month.
The apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the listings, the
reviews and the users belong to you. We handle submission, review responses and release management,
and we hand over documented code you can take elsewhere.
Yes — we have three published on Google Play: Mandi Fresh Rider, Suvidha Supermart Rider and Priyal
Dairy Rider. They cover job assignment and batching, navigation to the drop, proof of delivery,
cash-on-delivery reconciliation, and live status pushed back to the customer’s app as the run
progresses.
